SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our Sydney warehouse. During peak periods like Christmas and major sales events, please allow a little extra time for processing.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can keep an eye on its journey.
We ship via Australia Post or Couriers Please. If you have a preferred carrier, feel free to leave a note at checkout or email us after placing your order — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
CANDLE CARE
Trim the wick to approx. 5mm before each burn to prevent soot, smoke, and uneven burning.
Burn for 1–2 hours at a time (no longer than 4 hours) to extend the life of your candle and avoid overheating.
Place on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable and out of reach of children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish before leaving the room or going to sleep.
Allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar on the first burn to prevent tunnelling.
Keep away from drafts or open windows, as this can cause uneven burning or flickering.
Stop burning when 1cm of wax remains at the bottom to avoid overheating the jar.
