What are your MOQ's
Each project is different and depending on your requirements, minimum order quantities may vary.
I don't want to collaborate, I would only like some custom candles for my business.
Sure. If you're after your own custom candles without the Waxhouse name attached, we do offer a private label service that can be ongoing if you require it.
Can I customise my candle and packaging?
Yes, all aspects of your project can be custom to fit your needs. We can source, a variety of different glassware, fragrances and packaging styles to suit your needs.
What is the lead time on custom orders?
Once we have discussed the requirements of your project we will provide you with a scope of work including lead time. Typically this ranges between 4 - 8 weeks from proof of concept.
